July brings the heat to Arizona and heat brings on the madness! So, let us display our “MADness” on the derby track for you with a double header starting with a skater mash up of the Alices! A themed bout where skaters are divided into two teams, on one side, hometown immortal rock star Alice Cooper, on the other, the mad, mad world of Alice in Wonderland. Oh yes, we’re all mad here!
Secondly, the coppers of Tucson Roller Derby’s VICE Squad will see if they can squelch some of that Project Mayhem madness by taking on the ladies of our Skate Riot Project. You don’t want to miss this! Come experience all the hard-hitting roller derby action, and bring your friends!
Doors open at 5:30 PM, first game starts at 6:00 PM. The bout will be on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Ability 360.
