AZRD believes growing people into athletes is important. This is why we’ve designed our training program to help skaters at all levels. Whether you’re just learning to skate or a seasoned roller derby player, we welcome you!
AZRD is always looking for skating and non-skating officials (aka NSOs) to watch for safety, call and time penalties, and record points. If you have experience as a skating or non-skating official, or want to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
We rely on volunteers to help us operate our bouts and hone our skate skills. Without them, we would not be where we are today! Our volunteer opportunities include everything from track set up/tear down to being an announcer at our bouts.
