The AZRD Tent City Terrors fell to the Santa Cruz Derby Girls’ Boardwalk Bombshells, 219-82, in their opening game at the 2013 Dust Devil Tournament in Tucson.
Penalties were a factor throughout the bout, and the teams kept trading off power jams. TCT jammers Loco Lena, Hannah Barbaric and Kiki UrHaz did their best to chip away at the score. Deez Nuts, Ovary Z, and Sigmund Droid led the TCT defense.
The Tent City Terrors will face the Silicon Valley Roller Girls at 4 p.m. Saturday in Tucson. Derby News Network has the live broadcasts.
